Terms of Service and Shipping
Products will generally ship within 1 - 2 business days of receiving payment.
We can not except International orders at this time.
Once your package is in the possession of USPS it is their responsibility and out of my control as to how fast it is received; even when Priority Mail was selected. If you have questions about its transit and arrival, please contact your local USPS office with the tracking number provided to you.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct address. If a package is not received due to an incorrect address having been entered, it is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve said package from the location it was sent to. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address being provided, the cost of re-shipping is the customer's responsibility.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address during checkout, contact me immediately via the Contact Us page or Facebook Messenger (www.facebook.com/noelsnaturals) with the correct address. If it has not yet shipped, the address can be corrected.
I am not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to the address provided. Please ensure that you are providing a secure location for your package to be delivered to.
